OUR STORY
Uniting For Mission
A Tradition of Campus Ministry
United Campus Ministry
Since 1967, United Campus Ministry has served the Millersville University community by providing opportunities to explore and express the Christian Faith. The UCM Student Organization contributes to the student life of the university by providing opportunities to connect in community. Led by a Campus Minister, UCM is also a charter member of the Interfaith Council of Ministers, an initiative launched at Millersville in 2014 to formalize the relationship between ministry leaders and the university.
A Commitment to The Community
Millersville Community Church
MCC has been a part of the community for 200 years. Their George Street Campus was established in 1818 as the first Methodist church in Millersville. They continue to be a faithful part of the local community with an emphasis on outreach and service.
A Space For Mission
Campus, Community, and Mission
In the summer of 2016, United Campus Ministry and Millersville Community Church partnered together to launch The HUB. By bringing together their collective resources and influence in both the community and on campus, UCM and MCC created a new initiative dedicated to reaching and serving the next generation of the greater Millersville area by providing a center for ministry and mission.
A Partnership with Purpose
Contributing to the Millersville University Student Experience
